What is Level 2 fingerprinting, exactly?
It's a state and national (FBI) fingerprint-based background check required by Florida law for people working with vulnerable populations — healthcare, schools, childcare, and more. "Livescan" just means your prints are captured digitally instead of with ink.
How fast will my results come back?
We transmit your prints to FDLE the same day you're printed. Results go directly to the agency that requested your screening — processing time on their end varies by agency, but most applicants see results within a few business days.
Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome during open hours. Booking ahead just guarantees you won't wait.
Can you really come to my school or facility?
Yes. For groups of 10 or more we bring our mobile livescan setup to you, print everyone in one visit, and transmit the same day. Call and ask about an on-site group visit.
I'm a CNA / nursing student — is this what AHCA wants?
Yes. AHCA requires Level 2 screening through the Clearinghouse, and we're an approved livescan provider. Bring the ORI number your program or employer gave you and we handle the rest.
